orange crisp with chocolate mascarpone: summer bbq essentials

Did someone say chocolate and mascarpone? Yes please! Liz Harris from the Floating Kitchen pairs her orange crisps with whipped chocolate mascarpone for this guaranteed crowd pleaser.

It’s so simple – here’s how:
  • 2 ounces semi-sweet or bittersweet chocolate, chopped
  • 8 ounces mascarpone cheese, softened to room temperature
  • A few tablespoons chopped hazelnuts
  • Simple & Crisp Orange

Using either a microwave or a double boiler, melt the chocolate until smooth.

Stir the mascarpone cheese into the melted chocolate, mixing until the two are well combined and no white streaks remain.

Top the Simple & Crisp Orange slices with the chocolate-mascarpone spread. Sprinkle the slices with a few chopped hazelnuts. Enjoy!
